The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. It offers a large refrigerator, a 16-person table, a large worktop, crockery from the former restaurant, and professional equipment including an AGA cooker. All the equipment is eco-friendly.
There are eight rooms, all with a double bed. All rooms have a bathroom; four of them have a balcony to look out over the sea.
What was once the restaurant's hall is now a large, airy space available to groups who book the entire facility. A projector is available. Heavy tables and comfortable armchairs can be moved and arranged just in case. Paintings on the walls enliven the room. The windows are large and on two sides overlook the sea, the others the view of the old town.
In the conference room the group is free to change the arrangement of tables, chairs and sofas, but at the end of their stay they are asked to put everything back as it was. As there is no covered space elsewhere, furniture cannot be moved out of the conference room. Wood for the fireplace in the conference room can be found on site.

Breakfast is served in the kitchen or on the terrace and consists of coffee/tea/water/non-alcoholic drinks, a croissant or a sandwich with ham, sausage, cheese or tomato and fruit salad. Breakfast is included in the room price.
The bar staff can provide a cold lunch in the kitchen or on the terrace, including two drinks per person. Lunch varies from day to day, but always consists of bread and salad, plates of ham and sausage or various cheeses, vegetables for spreading, a starter and ice cream or parfait for dessert.
The group can cook their own dinner, go out or ask for a cook to be available. An excellent freelance cook can be made available by reservation through the guesthouse. The price is fixed and includes wine and water.
When booking, you can decide to pay a fixed price and have coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and house wine per person throughout the day.
Bed linen is changed every 4 days of your stay, the room and bathroom floors are cleaned and towels are provided on the same day. The bar staff can provide brooms and mops. You can also choose to perform these services on a daily basis.
You can ask the bar staff to help with cleaning the conference room or cleaning the kitchen. In any case, used crockery, glass and cooking utensils rest in the kitchen rack.
