Reservation Calendar

The reservation calendar shows in red the days the foresteria is reserved and in yellow the days about which rental of the foresteria is planned but not yet definite. Days in green are free. One should write an e-mail to address and ask to make a period of days yellow. Then the discussion starts – to be finished in 48 hours. To agree upon are, so prepared for discussion should be 7 points:

1. The number of rooms, when 8 and more sleeping places are necessary, one is supposed to know about the availability of rental homes in the village..
2. The number of non meat eating and vegan group members.
3. Extra cleaning services needed for bed- and bathrooms (including extra changing of bedlinen and towels or not), for kitchen (including dish washing or not), the conference room?
4. The drinks arrangement, yes or no.
5. Dates for a hired cook.
6. Will lunches and bar credit accounts be paid before the last breakfast by one member of the group or each member of the group individually?
7. Name of the keyholder.
